Contacted by a young family looking to put roots down on Capitol Hill, we worked collaboratively with them to develop the NE corner of E. John and 18th Ave E. Our clients could not have been easier to work with, as we delivered for them a detached home on the corner, and added three speculative townhouses facing E. John. The new homes have a triple height core, capped by a series of skylights, bathing the homes in natural light. Interior doors at the project were all salvaged from past projects, adding warmth and character, and raised bed gardens were added from salvaged beams. The overall whole is a wonderful, eclectic addition to the neighborhood. Completed in 2012.
