18th & John

18th & John was completed in 2004 and represents a major step for us. We built four homes over a shared underground parking garage and cored out the center of the project for access to the front doors. A combination of cedar and cementitious siding, both local products, wrap and twist around the structure providing a skin over a Vapro-Shield weather barrier, which while mainstream in 2022, was cutting edge in 2004. The market responded and we sold to creative class, forward thinking buyers - folks in advertising, architecture, and a touring musician.
