Urban infill at its finest, we found room for 8 homes on a skinny through-lot between the verdant Boylston and Belmont streets on the historic west slope of Capitol Hill. By locating the parking entirely underground, and raising the middle homes, our buyers enjoy a central courtyard with lush plantings and a space to congregate in the heart of the project, and we were able to retain mature trees on the north and east sides of the project.  The homes were finished with custom cabinets and built-ins, glass stair walls, and wide plank oak floors.
